HAOS YOGA WORKSHOP - SUNDAY 21ST JANUARY 5.30PM
Mental well-being and health is one of the most important factors that can affect your enjoyment and confidence in every part of life, and performing onstage, or in front of friends is no exception....
This workshop will be carried out by Yoga practitioner - Adele Wills. She will demonstrate how to harness yoga techniques to reduce performance anxiety, staying grounded and prepare our bodies and minds to go on stage. An exciting opportunity to use techniques that might be familiar or totally new to you to explore the most complex hurdle to successful performing - yourself!
FREE to members & supporters, this is a great opportunity to learn new skills, or just find out about an entirely different way to approach performance anxiety.
