Overview of Role/Notes

Jamie is a student at a school in Sheffield. He is openly gay and is still discovering himself through his dream to go to the school prom in drag. Our hero of the show, strong stage presence is required needing to be able to lead some big production numbers, oozing confidence regarding his identity and choices he is making. The candidate must be willing to learn how to perform in heels and show natural comfort and joy wearing a dress. A challenging role that needs to show the real emotion of the piece and challenges faced.
